OUR SERVICES

Expert services tailored to your DEI objectives

We provide customized workshops, cohorts, and coaching for organizations, teams, and individuals to equip organizations to match their stated DEI objectives with tangible outcomes and personal growth.

Customized Workshops

Based on the particular makeup and needs of a team, Jennifer will create an interactive experience that will move your team closer to your established goals for community, connection, and belonging.

Crisis Care

Support for individuals and groups in situations when impact does not match intent. Jennifer walks through difficult moments with an orientation towards learning, growth, and self awareness.

Leadership Coaching & Development

It’s imperative that leaders who want to grow the capacity of their teams have first grown themselves. Jennifer provides an opportunity for leaders to gain skills to move the work forward by engaging their own stories of belonging.

Facilitated Book Clubs

Reading a book (or article) together can be a way into topics that go beyond typical team conversations. With a seasoned facilitator, your book club can transform into a brave space for teams to connect, share, and grow in their capacity for hard conversations.

Learning Spaces for White People

This 7-week opportunity takes a deep dive into White racial identity, body awareness, and racial stories as it relates to healing White body supremacy. It culminates with a trip to visit the Equal Justice Initiative Memorial sites in Montgomery, AL.

Strategy & Vision

How do we diversify our team? How do we implement best practices in HR, hiring, and retention? How do we engage with clients in an equitable way? Ask and answer these questions in supportive strategy sessions with Jen and her team.

ABOUT ME

Meet Jennifer Veatch

Jennifer partners with educators, churches, and organizations to move toward building strong communities through compassionate and collaborative partnerships. Her embodied practice engages story in the context of shame and resilience. She believes that inner work is essential for anti racist action, and that change is both urgent and slow. With a particular passion for supporting White people in their racial identity journeys, Jennifer fosters a supportive, playful, and open environment for growth.

Additionally, she partners with BIPOC co facilitators to foster meaningful change for organizations. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Jennifer graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Politics and from Georgia State University with an M.A. in History. For almost two decades, she served as a history teacher and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioner at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. When she’s not reading, she loves to explore with her family and play all kinds of racket sports.

GREAT ORGANIZATIONS I HAVE SERVED

Jennifer Veatch was an absolutely wonderful facilitator. Jennifer conducted our sessions with understanding, support, kindness, and respect. I am so grateful to have begun this journey with her. She created an environment in which we felt safe to be vulnerable and truly honest with ourselves, and I will always be grateful to her for her wisdom and guidance.

Cohort Participant - Westminster

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She brought so much wisdom and insight into this group and was also vulnerable and shared so much about her own journey confronting racism.

PERSON NAME - COMPANY NAME

Jennifer  was compassionate, empathetic, kept the conversations going in good directions, very clear on what was expected, always merciful when it came to homework or extra reading, very inclusive of the disparate backgrounds and viewpoints of our group members, and just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about my time in this group.

PERSON NAME - COMPANY NAME

The group was such a rich experience.  I grew in my understanding of the historical circumstances of our country and race relations.  I grew in the importance of recognizing privilege and of grieving injustice, both of which lead to increased humility.  I grew in the ability to talk about hard racial issues and to lament.

PERSON NAME - COMPANY NAME

The way  [Jennifer] normalizes all the feelings and gently invites people to explore scary terrain is just so beautiful. Her work gives light and courage to others.

Let's work together!
